If you have any queries about your order, please contact us right away using our contact form. We aim to process all orders within 24 hours although at busy times we may take slightly longer.
We make every effort to ensure all our products are in stock, but in the event of us not having your chosen product we will call or email you and offer either a refund or a later delivery if possible.
Delivery will be sent via myHermes or Royal Mail. The cost for standard delivery is £4.95. Next day delivery is available on orders placed before 12pm and costs £8.99. Please note, these costs only apply to mainland UK. There may be a surcharge for Highlands and Islands.
We welcome international orders, cost for standard delivery to a European address is £15 and £20 for the rest of the world.
Please note that customers outside of the UK may be eligible to pay local customs or duty charges that are not included in your payment to us.
Please allow up to two weeks for delivery of International orders.
We hope you are happy with your purchases from Hanson & Hopewell, however if for any reason you are not, we can offer an exchange or refund on any item as long as it is returned in its original packaging and in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us to process your return.
Please note, with the exception of faulty items, we are unable to reimburse postage costs.
If you receive faulty or damaged goods, we will arrange a replacement or refund for you. Please contact us within 7 working days to process your return. When sending your return to us, we would recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting, otherwise we cannot guarantee receipt if we do not receive your return.
